From Creative Kitchen to World Class Culinary Entrepreneur

Culinary Business is a multidisciplinary study program that focuses on business opportunities, innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial skills for emerging culinary entrepreneurs.

Culinary Business Department of Universitas Ciputra offers student centered learning process and focuses on problem based learning¸ project based learning and experience based learning.

Culinary Business Department curriculum covers basic culinary knowledge, culinary art and innovation, healthy culinary products, culinary trends and management aspects.
